( Mobilemag ) - One of the complaints that people sometimes have about laptops is that the display is too close to the keyboard, that it's too low for comfort, forcing you to hunch over like that guy from Notre Dame. The newly announced Philips X200 Ultra Portable Laptop helps to alleviate that kink in your neck, because its neck can extend and push the LCD a few inches above the rest of the lappy.
The "extendable display" is a 12.1-inch widescreen, featuring a 1.3 megapixel camera mounted on top. Under the hood, you'll find Intel Centrino Duo Mobile Technology, a 1.73GHz Intel Core Duo U2500 processor, 100GB hard drive, 1GB of RAM, DVD combo drive, and built-in WiFi. Sadly, it only comes with Intel GMA950 integrated graphics, but this was never designed to be a desktop replacement. It's ultra portable, not ultra powerful.
