A tight strap on the base holds your laptop bag in place, while the adjustable table can hold a laptop up to 17 inches wide and other items (like PDA and mobile) totaling 20 pounds.
The whole thing folds right up into something resembling a baby stroller and be stored in an airplane's overhead bin quite nicely.
