Plenary Session of CERP to be Held in Baku

Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. S.Babayeva / The Azerbaijani Communication and Information Technology Ministry has reported that the 37th plenary session of the European Conference of Postal and Telecommunications Administration is to be held in Baku.

The event is planned for 4-6 December. CERP member-countries will attend the event.

CERP was founded by 19 European countries in 1959. Albania, Аndorra, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San-Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Macedonia, Turkey, Ukraine and the Vatican are members of CERP..

The headquarters of CERP are based in Norway.

CERP has three committees. One of them is on the postal service (CERP) and the other two are communication and technology ERC and ECTRA.
