The Turkmen Industry Ministry has announced a tender for the design and construction of a plant for production of one million tons of cement per year.
Companies with the possibility of full financing of the project are invited to participate in the tender.
Participation fee is $500 or an equivalent in manats. Tender proposals are accepted until April 12, 2018.
Packages of tender documents will be accepted in two envelopes: commercial (the envelope with the commercial offer includes only the price specification) and technical proposals (the envelope with the technical proposal includes all other necessary documents).
