The Azerbaijani Social Fund for Development of Internally Displaced Persons has announced a tender for construction of residential buildings, schools and other infrastructure for internally displaced persons (IDPs).
The tender was announced for nine lots. All of the facilities listed below should be built in a residential area in the Pirallahi district of Baku for 300 IDP families.
