The Khazar Consortium, consisting of Turkmenneft, the Turkmen oil state concern, and Mitro International Limited, has announced a tender for hydraulic fracturing operations on five wells of the lower red-color stratum.
The work will be conducted on the Khazar contractual territory of the East Cheleken field, Balkan region, Turkmenistan.
The bids are accepted until April 7, 2018.
To participate in the tender and obtain the tender terms it is necessary:
1. Pay the fee for participating in the tender.
Tender fee for participation is $250
VAT is not levied in accordance with the PSA terms and the Law of Turkmenistan "On Hydrocarbon Resources".
