The Khazar Consortium, consisting of Turkmenistan's state oil concern Turkmennebit and Mitro International Limited, has announced a tender for purchase of materials for uninterrupted supply of technical and fresh water to oil field production facilities in Turkmenistan.
The consortium operates as part of a production sharing agreement on the Khazar contract area (Eastern Cheleken field) in the Balkan district of Turkmenistan.
