Uz-Kor Gas Chemical LLC, an Uzbek-South Korean joint venture, has announced the competitive selection CS-303/2018 to purchase silane gas.
The following potential suppliers are not allowed to participate in the competitive selection:
- being at the stage of reorganization (merger, accession, division, detachment, transformation), liquidation or bankruptcy;
- not having provided in due time all the necessary documents for competitive selection;
- having improperly fulfilled obligations assumed under previously concluded contracts;
- being in a state of litigation with Uz-Kor Gas Chemical JV LLC.
Those willing to participate in the tender should send commercial offers by 18:00 (GMT +5) Sep. 28, 2018.
