Baku Telephone Communications LLC has announced a tender to purchase outstaffing services for a period of one year.
Outstaffing is a special model of personnel management, which consists in transferring employees to another company with official registration. At the same time, the employees keep working at their first workplace.
The tender participation fee is 300 manats.
Those willing to participate in the tender should send tender proposals with a 2 percent bank guarantee until 17:00 (GMT +4), Jan. 29, 2019.
The bids will be opened at 15:00 on January 30, 2019.
