Turkmenistan's Turkmengaz State Concern has announced pre-qualification process of a tender for the construction of a complex for the production of polyvinyl acetate in the country's Dashoguz region.
Those willing to participate are invited to submit an application indicating the full name of the participant, legal status, country of registration, bank details and information about the company.
