Azerbaijan's Health Ministry has announced an open tender for the construction of Sumgayit City Hospital No. 2 (first phase).
The tender participation fee is 400 manat ($235.2).
Those willing to participate in the tender must submit applications before 17:00 (GMT +4) on Dec. 9, 2019, and tender offers until 17:00 on Dec. 16, 2019.
Opening of tender packages will be held at 15:00 on Dec. 17.
