Turkey's Environment and Urban Development Ministry has announced an open tender for the construction of 126 residential complexes and one shopping center in Ardahan province.
Both local and foreign companies can participate in the tender.
The tender will be held at 11:00 (GMT +3) on Dec. 25, 2019.
