Turkmenistan’s Turkmengeology State Concern has opened a tender for the purchase of pipes and metal products, general, technological, drilling equipment, chemical products, and auxiliary materials.
The potential bidders are invited to submit an application, indicating full name, legal status, country of registration and bank details.
The bidders should get acquainted with the law of Turkmenistan on tenders for the supply of goods, performance of work, provision of services for state needs; an extract from the Tender Rules, and a list of documents required to participate in the tender.
One sealed envelope with a full tender proposal and stamped by inked seal must be delivered to the specified address.
One sealed envelope with a full tender offer (quotation) certified with a mastic seal must be delivered to the above address from the moment of publication of the announcement and accepted for consideration after receipt of funds to the account Turkmengeology. It is mandatory to enclose the electronic version of the questionnaire, the main terms of the contract (Word format) and the technical and economic specification (Excel format) in the tender envelope.
Tender offers are accepted within 30 days.
An invoice for $500 (VAT is not included) should be issued for each lot.
