BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 6. The Municipal Administration of the Balkan region of Turkmenistan has announced a tender for the construction of 9 4-storey residential buildings.
The relevant documents for participation in the tender can be obtained from the coordinating department of industry, construction and public works of the municipality of Balkanabat city of the Balkan region.
