The number of foreign tourists who visited Turkey’s Antalya resort province increased by 13 percent in January 2018 compared to January 2017, the regional department of the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism said in a message Feb. 5.
According to the message, 98,300 foreign tourists visited Antalya in January 2018.
"In particular, 24 percent of those foreign tourists account for German citizens in January 2018 and this figure is 15 percent more compared to January 2017," the message said.
Meanwhile, 21 percent of tourists who visited Antalya in January 2018 account for Russian citizens, which is by 30 percent more compared to January 2017.
