Kazakhstan resumes flights from Almaty to Kyrgyzstan

Kazakhstan’s Almaty International Airport has resumed and increased the number of several flights, Trend reports with reference to Kazakh media.

"We are glad to announce that the flights from Almaty to Kyrgyzstan have resumed today,” said the message posted on the official Facebook page of the airport. “To enter the Republic of Kyrgyzstan, it is necessary to show a PCR test with a negative result in the Russian or English languages. The validity of the certificate is 72 hours from the moment of taking the analysis. Children under 7 do not need the PCR test."

“It is also planned to make flights to Kyiv in March,” the message said.

"The Kazakh people do not need a PCR test to enter the territory of Ukraine,” the message said. “However, it is necessary to have an insurance policy. The policy is issued for the entire period of stay in the country, the price of the insurance policy is 3.30 euros for three days of stay + 0.80 euros for every further day. The policy covers treatment in case of infection with Covid-19, medicines, and taking a PCR test. It is possible to get insurance here www.visitukraine.today. If you need a visa (if you are in Ukraine for more than 90 days), an insurance policy is issued with coverage 30,000 euros."

Moreover, the number of flights from Almaty to Moscow (Domodedovo) has been increased up to two times a week - on Tuesdays and Fridays.
