Iran shares data on loaded and unloaded cargo at Noshahr port

About 63,400 tons of cargo were loaded and unloaded in the Noshahr port in northern Iran in the 10th month of the current Iranian year (December 21, 2020, through January 19, 2021), Trend reports citing the statistics of the Iranian Ports and Maritime Organization (PMO).

According to the statistics, 3,430 tons of cargo were loaded and 59,900 tons were unloaded in the port over the reporting month.

“In addition, 3,380 tons of cargo were exported and 59,600 tons were imported through the Noshahr port within the 10th month,” the statistics said.

In the 10th month, 393 tons of cargo were unloaded for transit and 47 tons were loaded for cabotage in the port, the statistics said.

According to the statistics, about 58,700 tons of essential products, 393 tons of equipment, vehicles, and spare parts, 4,220 tons of leather goods, clothing, fibers, paper, and wood materials, and 22 tons of container products were loaded and unloaded in the Noshahr port during the 10th month.

As reported, a total of 10.8 million tons of cargo were loaded and unloaded in Iranian ports in the 10th month of the current Iranian year. Of this, 6.32 million tons were unloaded and 4.55 million tons were loaded.
