Russia will increase the number of flights to Uzbekistan staring from June 10, Trend reports referring to Russian operational headquarters to combat the spread of coronavirus infection.

Also, in May it was reported that Uzbekistan Airways will resume flights from Moscow Domodedovo Airport from June 15, 2021. According to Uzbek airline, the decision to resume flights is primarily due to the provision of comfort and an increase in the level of passenger service on the flights of Uzbek airlines.

In addition, in April on the basis of the agreement between the government of Uzbekistan and Russia on air traffic, the Uzaviation Agency issued the Royal Flight airline operational permit for performing regular flights to Uzbekistan on the Moscow-Andijan-Moscow route.

According to the information, the airline will operate flights on Boeing 757-200 aircraft.

Earlier it was reported that Uzbekistan Airways has announced guaranteed charter flights to Moscow. Air tickets can be purchased not only by Uzbeks citizens, but also by citizens of Tajikistan and Russia.

“The flight from the cities of the Russian Federation to Uzbekistan is allowed with the obligatory provision of a certificate of passing the PCR check (valid no more than 72 hours before the flight departure) and compliance with the visa regime of Uzbekistan. Passengers without a PCR certificate will not be allowed on the airline's flights (children under 2 years old do not need a certificate),” the statement said.
