Iran resumes flights to Karachi, Pakistan

TEHRAN, Iran, Nov.10

Iran is resuming weekly flights to Karachi in Pakistan after lifting COVID-19 restrictions, said Iran Air public relations, Trend reports citing IRNA.

The flights between the two countries were approved after the increase in vaccination in Iran and issuing visas for Pakistani tourists.

The Civil Aviation Organization of Iran (CAOI) previously allowed air travel to and from Pakistan twice a week in June after dropping the country from the red list due to the coronavirus pandemic. However flights schedule reduced to once a week from November.
