BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 25. The number of international flights (passenger planes only) through Iranian airports increased by 14.5 percent in the first six months of the current Iranian year (March 21 through September 22, 2023), compared to the same period last year, Trend reports.
Data from Iran Airports and Air Navigation Company (IAC) shows that over 14,400 international flights were carried out from Iran’s airports in 6 months.
In the same period the previous year, the number of international flights from Iran’s airports was around 12,600.
