BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 6. The Azerbaijan International Road Carriers Association (ABADA) will take part in the international Multimodal Transport and Transit Forum and conference organized by RDL Group on April 23-24 in Tbilisi, Georgia, founder and CEO of RDL Group Roman Dedkov told Trend.

He noted that the main topics of the conference will include:

- freight transportation market situation and cargo transit through the Black Sea region;

- transcontinental and regional routes, loading of transport corridors, growth prospects;

- Black Sea region trade forecasts;

- the role of the Black Sea region states in the development of the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (TITR);

- Black Sea region countries' infrastructure modernization (measures on railroads and ports);

- interaction with the EU and the countries of the South Caucasus;

- port development, taking into account green technology trends.

"We anticipate the attendance of delegations from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and various Central Asian and European nations, as there is increasing momentum in the development of transport corridors spanning the Black and Caspian Seas. These developments are crucial for fostering growth in cargo transportation and trade," Dedkov emphasized.

To note, ABADA has been in operation since May 1993, adhering to international standards for registering cargo carriers. It collaborates with prominent international automobile unions and organizations to facilitate the effective functioning of Azerbaijani cargo carriers on international routes.
