In 2012, Turkey exported defence related products to Azerbaijan worth $11.5 million compared to $25 million in 2011, the Turkish Defence and Aerospace Industry Exporters' Association reported on its website on Tuesday.
In total in 2012 Turkey exported defence industry products worth $1.2 billion.
During the reporting period, most exports of Turkish defence products account for the USA - $490 million, UAE - $101 million and Bahrain - $90 million.
In 2012 defence industry exports to Iraq increased sharply. In 2012, goods worth $32 million was supplied to the country compared to $1 million in 2011.
