Prime Ministers of Tajikistan Kohir Rasulzoda and Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov will hold the 6th session of the intergovernmental commission on trade and economic cooperation in Termez, Uzbekistan on April 3m, reports Trend citing to Akipress.com.
The government delegations of two countries will sum up the results of implementation of agreements reached during the 5th session of commission and will discuss prospects of development of cooperation in the trade, economic, transport and communication, cultural and humanitarian fields.
President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev “reset” the relationships with neighboring countries, resuming the dialogue on border, water and energy issues with Tajikistan. The flights between two countries were resumed in April 2017 and railways connection was relaunched in March 2018.
The intergovernmental agreement on mutual 30 days visa-free travels came into force at the end of March.
