Kazakh President orders to develop national social development concept up to 2030

Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev ordered the Government and Nur Otan governing party to develop a draft of Kazakh national social development concept up to 2030.
"I order the Government and National Democratic Party Nur Otan to develop a draft of Kazakhstan's national social development concept until 2030 based on 'Kazakhstan-2030' strategy and other strategic documents by April 1, 2013 which will include the issue of Kazakhstan's social system and society development and economic modernization," the President said in the article "Kazakhstan's social modernization: Twenty steps to the society of common labor," which was published by Kazinform on Tuesday.
Moreover, Nazarbayev ordered the Government and Nur Otan to calendar national legislation in the social sphere by January 1, 2013, develop and submit a draft of its reforming conception for approval in accordance with social modernization aims.
Nazarbayev urged to consider the most important legislative acts at the next parliamentary session.
Moreover, the President ordered the Government and Nur Otan party to develop and submit for approval a deep research draft of legislative work concept plan for the entire period of the fifth convocation of the Parliament by late 2012.
