19 people were killed, 35 were hospitalized with various injuries in southern Kazakhstan, Zhambyl region prosecutor press service said on Saturday, ITAR-TASS reported.
"In early Saturday morning a truck "Howar" collided with a bus with 52 passengers on 370 kilometer of the road "Almaty-Tashkent" in Zhambyl region. As a result of the accident 10 people was killed, including a child, 34 passengers are hospitalized with various injuries," the statement said.
Meanwhile, according to the Kazakh Ministry of Emergency Situations press service's information, published on Saturday, at Friday night there was another accident in the Alma-Ata region of the country, which killed nine people, including two children. Another person was injured and hospitalized.
