A Kazakh-Iranian trading house is planned to be opened in Kazakhstan, Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev said at a meeting with his Iranian counterpart Hassan Rouhani in Astana Sept. 9.
"I offer to open the Kazakh-Iranian trading house to expand bilateral cooperation," he said.
The president also stressed that the Iranian president's visit to Astana and the Kazakh-Iranian business forum will raise the relations between the two countries to a high level.
President Rouhani spoke about Iran's intention to develop and expand cooperation with Kazakhstan.
"Our senior delegation's visit to Astana, the presence of representatives of Iran's private business in Kazakhstan these days testifies to Iran's will to develop the relations with Kazakhstan in all areas," he said.
The president added that the results of negotiations between ministers also confirm the mutual desire of both countries to work closely together.
