Although the number of purchase and sale deals has decreased, the prices on the housing market continue to rise in Kazakhstan, Ranking.kz analytical service said citing the National Economy Ministry.
This is while the growth rates of prices for housing have dropped.
The prices for primary and secondary housing have increased by 10 percent and 6 percent, respectively, in October 2015, compared to 14 percent and 18 percent, respectively in the same month of 2014.
However, investments in real estate are losing grounds due to the considerable decrease in liquidity, said Ranking.kz.
