Kazakhstan’s former oil minister named Kazenergy deputy head

Kazakhstan's former oil and gas minister Uzakbai Karabalin was appointed the deputy head of the country's Kazenergy Association, said the Kazenergy press service March 3.
Last week, Karabalin was also named a new member of the Board of Directors at the Kazakh national oil and gas company KazMunaiGas.
He has previously served as the country's deputy minister of energy and mineral resources, and president of KazMunaiGas and KazTransGas.
