BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 10. Production of oil and other liquid hydrocarbons in Kazakhstan in 2022 will average 1.9 million barrels per day, Trend reports with reference to the August Short-Term Energy Outlook (STEO) of the US Energy Information Administration (EIA).
According to the EIA, in 1Q2022, oil production in Kazakhstan amounted to 2.01 million barrels per day, and in 2Q2022 - 1.77 million barrels per day.
At the same time, in 3Q2022 the country will produce 1.89 million barrels of oil per day, and in 4Q2022 - 1.95 million barrels per day.
Furthermore, the EIA also notes that oil production in Kazakhstan in 2023 will be at the level of 1.98 million barrels of oil per day. Quarterly daily production of raw materials will be 1Q - 2.03 million barrels, 2Q - 1.95 million barrels, 3Q - 1.95 million barrels and 4Q - 2.01 million barrels.
