BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 7. The Astana International Exchange (AIX) signed an agreement with the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) to join the Tabadul Digital Exchange Hub as its fourth member, Trend reports.
Through the agreement, the exchanges' brokerage firms will gain remote access via Tabadul, reinforcing their dedication to fostering bilateral ties and strengthening cooperation. Tabadul will facilitate investment opportunities across the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange and Astana International Exchange, empowering investors to directly trade through authorized brokers in both markets.
This initiative was implemented as part of a strategic partnership to implement joint plans outlined in the Memorandum of Understanding that the exchanges signed in October 2021.
With the addition of AIX to the Tabadul Digital Exchange Hub, the scope and capabilities of the platform will further expand, offering investors the opportunity to trade freely and efficiently on several platforms.
Securities on Tabadul will be traded in the local currency of the relevant exchange, and in some cases in the specified currency of the traded asset, with no minimum amount required for orders.
ADX launched Tabadul Hub, the first regional digital exchange center based on a mutual trading access model, in July 2022. It provides a digital exchange platform for trading between member exchanges at the regional and global levels. In general, Tabadul is aimed at strengthening cooperation and increasing liquidity in the markets of participating exchanges, providing the opportunity for mutual trading.
