(KAZINFORM) - Today in Singapore has taken place a conference on Investment and business potential of Kazakhstan involving the president of Sustainable Development Fund Kazyna Kairat Kelimbetov, Kazakhstan MFAs press service reports.
This business forum was organized by Kazakhstan diplomatic mission along with the Singaporean business federation uniting more than 15 000 of domestics companies, reports Trend.
Kelimbetov has informed of the key achievements of Kazakhstans socio-economic advance, main trends in industrial and innovation policy of the Government and Kazyna activity concept.
Kazakhstan charge daffaires to Singapore Adil Tursunov told about the fundamental provisions of Kazakhstan Presidents Address to the nation as of March 1, 2006 Strategy of Kazakhstans entry into the 50 most competitive states of the world, state and prospects for the extension of bilateral relations.
Those attending were the representatives of large local and trans-national companies, engaged in oil and gas industry, construction, transport, information and communication technologies.
Within the trip Kelimbetov held talks also with the authorities of state investment company Temasek Holding.
