(gazeta.kz) - Russia will occupy itself with modernising Kazakhstan's air control system. Danial Akhmetov, Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, made such statement after his talks with Mikhail Fradkov, Prime Minister of Russia, Kazakhstan Today reports citing KTK TV channel, reports Trend. "We are tied by the Collective Security Treaty and we have a common air space," - he observed. According to him, Russian technologies must be applied to "concrete projects in Kazakhstan." The Kazakh PM also expressed a hope that Russia would supply all that is necessary to equip the air defence system.
