"I have no right to refuse from the president's offer to take up the first deputy premier's post as the subject of financial crisis gain popularity. I am 38 and full of capacity. I try to use all my knowledge and experience for the welfare of Kyrgyzstan's prosperity. I am a man of business and ready to help entrepreneurs to solve their problems", - continued O.Babanov.
"I am not a single man in the power who know economic problems. Head of the presidential administration Daniyar Toktogulovich has a valuable experience in the field of business and economy. It is changing the presidential administration's structure. The secretariat led by Oksana Malevannaya was set up. Marat Sultanov became the finance minister. Together we can achieve positive changes", - concluded the first deputy premier, reported KABAR.
