Kazakhstan has strengthened frontier security with Kyrgyzstan, but it does not obstruct border-cross for Uzbek nationals fleeing from Kyrgyzstan, new agency Novosti-Kazakhstan informs.

Kazakhstan has strengthened frontier security with Kyrgyzstan, but it does not obstruct border-cross for Uzbek nationals fleeing from Kyrgyzstan, new agency Novosti-Kazakhstan informs.

The message reads that Kazakhstan provides planned strengthening of state boundaries with Kyrgyzstan, owing to insecurity situation in the neighboring state, news agency "24.kg" reported.

Frontier Service has made an official statement denying number of publications in media outlets that the Kazakh frontier guard allegedly obstructed Uzbek nationals crossing the border. Official statement said that the publications do not correspond to realty.
