Attorneys of victims of April 7 events will file a petition to change the measure of restraint against all defendants as they announced after the hearing, news agency "24.kg" reported.
"We have filed a petition right now to put all of them in custody," said one of the lawyers acting for complainants.
Note of 24.kg news agency: the trial on April 7 events is postponed until 2 p.m. due to non-appearance of three defendants - Nurlan Tursunkulov, Kanybek Zhoroev and Oksana Malevanaya.
According to the article 117 of the code of criminal procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic, defendants will be brought to the hearing in invitum.
