The coalition agreement is submitted to acting speaker Tashpolot Baltabayev, as the leader of Respublica faction, Omurbek Babanov, told 24.kg news agency.
According to him, "tomorrow, December 17 a plenary session will take place."
Omurbek Babanov says "a final meeting of working groups of Respublica, SDPK and Ata-Zhurt factions will be held now where deputies will finish under arranging of some issues."
As the head of Respublica notes, "there are no any grounds to postpone the parliament session and obviously it will be held tomorrow."
According to the parliamentary rules, tomorrow Omurbek Babanov will speak before the MPs and announce about formed majority coalition. Then Mps has to elect the Speaker. After that they should approve their regulations, form deputy committees and appoint their heads. Then the Parliament will consider candidacy of Almazbek Atambayev for the post of the Premier. If SDPK's leader passes secret ballot he will start forming the new legitimate government of the country.
The leader of Respublica faction noted today negotiations on possible entering Ata Meken faction into the coalition has finished without effect.
