Parliament members of Kyrgyzstan slammed the Governor of Jalal-Abad province Bektur Asanov during the parliamentary session, 24.kg reported.
Member of Ar-Namys faction Tokon Mamytov said that the Governor promised to voice a sensational statement. "Time is passing but you are keeping silence. Why? When if not now you have to share information you have?"
The member of Respublica faction Altynbek Sulaimanov noted that MPs receive many complaints to the Governor's work. "They blame you in making money on Kyrgyzneftgas OJSC by supporting only the one side of the conflict. And the situation in Jalal-Abad is not calm but you are doing nothing to prevent new riots."
The Speaker Akhmatbek Keldibekov supported the counterparts. He noted everybody knows that Bektur Asanov supported Kadyrzhan Batyrov.
In his turn Bektur Asanov responded that this fact needs to be proved. "The people know everything they will give evidences to you," argued the Speaker.
