Abdil Segizbayev was dismissed from the post of chairman of the State Committee for National Security (SCNS) of Kyrgyzstan.
The relevant decree was signed on April 7 by the President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbay Jeenbekov after the resignation of Segizbayev, Kyrgyz media outlets reported.
Jeenbekov also dismissed the director of the National Security Risk Analysis and Forecasting Service and the deputy chairman of the SCNS Bolot Suyumbaev.
Idris Kadyrkulov was appointed new director of the National Security Analysis and Forecasting Service, as well as the deputy chairman of the State National Security Committee.
