BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 17. Kyrgyz enterprise has begun chilled lamb meat deliveries to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Trend reports citing the Kyrgyz National Investment Agency.
Kyrgyz Kaspar company has been registered and approved for the supply of meat by the Dubai Ministry of Climate Change and Environment.
“In the near future, it is planned to export to the UAE from 100 to 150 tons of lamb per month. The shipment will be made at a Dubai warehouse with refrigerated chambers”, the agency said.
According to the agency, export of lamb meat from Kyrgyzstan to the United Arab Emirates will be carried out in three stages.
The UAE has a large market capacity, and there is a trend to expand the import of high-quality Halal-certified meat every year.
