BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 23. Kyrgyzstan plans to enter Eurobond market, Chairman of Kyrgyzstan's Cabinet of Ministers Akylbek Japarov announced, Trend reports citing the press service of Cabinet of Ministers.
During the today's meeting with representatives of Kyrgyz banking sector, topical issues of economic development and urgent problems of the sector were discussed.
"Commercial banks of Kyrgyzstan, entering the Eurobond market, will be able to place their securities on international stock exchanges," Japarov said.
He called the attention of the banking sector's leadership to the fact that the digitalization of tax administration and banking services need close cooperation, urging banks to take an active role in this direction and assist in the reform of fiscal structures.
In addition, it was announced that the country aims to create a consortium of banks, which will mobilize resources for the implementation of various projects, for example, the construction of small HPPs.
