BISHKEK, Kyrgyzstan, October 10. Kyrgyzstan’s President Sadyr Japarov will embark on a working visit to Ashgabat on October 11, at the invitation of Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, Trend reports.
Japarov is set to participate in the international forum "Interconnection of Times and Civilizations – the Basis of Peace and Development."
The forum aims to strengthen cultural and humanitarian cooperation among countries.
The head of the presidential administration's foreign policy department, Muratbek Azymbakiev, indicated that leaders from Central Asian nations and other countries are expected to attend the event.
To note, Kazakh President Kasym-Jomart Tokayev arrived in Ashgabat on an official visit to participate in the upcoming forum.
Additionally, Turkmenistan's President Serdar Berdimuhamedov invited Russian President Vladimir Putin to the forum during a meeting of the CIS heads of state in Moscow.
The forum will serve as a platform for international dialogue, where participants can discuss current global political, economic, and humanitarian issues, as well as share their views on the development of international relations.
