Tajikistan and the EU discussed the development of cooperation in economy, energy, culture and education, Avesta.Tj reported citing Tajik foreign ministry's statement.
The delegation of Tajikistan's foreign ministry led by minister Sirodjidin Aslov took part in the fourth meeting of Tajikistan-EU cooperation the Council in Luxemburg.
The implementation of the EU's Strategy for the Central Asia, the projects and the programs of the EU in Tajikistan was discussed at the meeting. Exchange of the opinions on regional and international agenda also took place.
The EU delegation was headed by the deputy foreign minister of Italy (EU chairman) Benedetto Della Vedova.
