BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 3. Tajikistan's Sughd region and Russia's Krasnoyarsk Krai are considering developing trade cooperation, Trend reports via region's authorities.
During the meeting in the B2B format, the businessmen of the two regions discussed the possibilities of mutual trade, organizing the delivery of products to the markets of Tajikistan and Krasnoyarsk Krai, as well as the implementation of joint investment projects.
"Sughd is interested in establishing imports of timber, grain and others products from Krasnoyarsk Krai," the message says.
It was also emphasized that agricultural products of Tajikistan are popular in Russia, and Krasnoyarsk Krai is keen to import fruits and dried fruits, cotton products, and drinking water from Sughd region.
Meanwhile, the meeting was held at the initiative of the Sugd Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Central Siberian Chamber of Commerce and Industry On August 2, 2022, in Khujand.
