Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the People's Republic of China (Beijing city), Chinar Rustamova has been designated a plenipotentiary representative of the country in Mongolia, the Turkmen president's order announced on Feb. 7 said.
In December 2013, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to Turkmenistan Badamdorj Batkhtishig delivered his credentials to speaker of the Turkmen Parliament Akja Nurberdiyeva.
According to Batkhtishig, in spite of the geographical distance, the people of the two countries will unite their intention to reach peace and consent, which will serve as a reliable basis for the development of constructive interstate cooperation. During the meeting, the offer about creating inter-parliamentary relations was made.
