Turkmenistan’s Turkmenpost postal service has expanded the range of its services, Trend reports with reference to “Zolotoy Vek” (Golden Age) newspaper.

In particular, Turkmenpost now delivers fines, issued by the traffic police directly to homes of drivers. The fines can be paid online.

Due to the interaction of Turkmenpost with country’s traffic police service, drivers are able to pay for car registration, driver's exams, technical inspection, as well.

By using site’s personal account service, it is possible to pay fines, utility bills, railway tickets, make cashless payments and use the service of home delivery of goods. Entering necessary data is the only needed thing for using above-mentioned services. Also, the confirmation message will be sent.

The company also sends parcels to any country that is the part of the Universal Postal Union (UPU).

Turkmenpost company has previously finished establishing a network structure of its post offices around the country. Thanks to the new network, electronic money transfer service became possible in Turkmenistan.

Turkmenpost Postal Service Company has been operating since April 1993. This is state’s postal operator. The company became a member of the universal postal Union on January 26, 1993.

There are branches of this company in all parts of Turkmenistan. Turkmenpost Postal Service Company employs over 2,000 people.
