BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 21. Businessmen of Kyrgyzstan acquired cotton yarn during trading on July 20 at the State Commodity and Raw Material Exchange of Turkmenistan, Trend reports citing Orient news.

Entrepreneurs from Kyrgyzstan purchased 40 tons of cotton yarn on the exchange at a price of $3,800 per ton.

The total amount of the transaction was $152,000.

Furthermore, according to the exchange, businessmen from Kyrgyzstan purchased cotton yarn on May 25 at a price of $2,400 per ton. The deal was concluded for the amount of $192,000.

The State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan was established on July 29, 1994. It is the most important body of state regulation of export-import operations.
