BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 5. The total amount of transactions in foreign currency at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Material Exchange of Turkmenistan amounted to about $18.45 million last week, Trend reports with reference to the Business Turkmenistan website.
Entrepreneurs from Afghanistan and the UAE purchased aviation kerosene, hydrotreated diesel fuel and petroleum road bitumen produced at the enterprises of the Turkmennebit State Concern on exchange.
Furthermore, representatives of business circles from Türkiye purchased cotton yarn in the amount of 780,000 Turkmen manats ($223,200).
A total of 13 transactions were registered at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan last week.
