BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 10. The Lebapgazchykarysh department of Turkmenistan’s Turkmengaz State Concern exceeded the plan for natural gas production from January through November 2022, Trend reports with reference to Jeyhun News.
During this period, the department produced over 11 billion cubic meters of natural gas, exceeding the plan by 25.5 percent.
Furthermore, the Lebapgazchykarysh produced 41,000 tons of gas condensate from January through November, which is the raw material for the Seydi Oil Refinery (SOR).
These indicators have been achieved by increasing the productivity of gas fields, repairing inactive wells and putting them into operation.
Meanwhile, 83.77 billion cubic meters of natural gas were produced in Turkmenistan last year, which is the highest figure in the last 30 years.
