BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 19. Turkmenistan has received new oil inflows from its North Goturdepe field, Trend reports citing via Turkmengaz state concern.
The new commercial inflows of hydrocarbon raw materials were obtained due to exploration drilling expeditions of the "Turkmengeology" State Corporation.
During this expedition the construction of one prospecting (No. 19a) and two exploration (No. 7a, No. 242) wells started. As a result of the development of exploration well No. 19a by the Lebapnebitgazgözleg expedition, commercial oil inflows were obtained.
At the present time, exploration well No. 7a, which was completed by the Balkannebitgazgözleg expedition, also received industrial oil inflows and an increase in reserves.
Meanwhile, exploratory well is at the final stage of drilling – No. 242 of the Lebapnebitgasgozleg expedition.
The divisions of the "Turkmengeology" State Corporation began installation work of another exploration well No. 18a at the North Goturdepe field, in November 2022.
According to Turkmen geologists, prospecting and exploration work at this deposit will further provide for an additional increase in black gold reserves.
