BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 28. The Turkmen 'Mizemez gadam' enterprise exported 158,500 square meters of tar paper from January through February 2023, Trend reports with reference to the Turkmen media.
According to the information, the company also exported 607.5 tons of liquid bitumen mastic during the specified period.
In general, Mizemez gadam produced 270,000 square meters of tar paper in the first two months of this year.
The bulk of the manufactured products were exported to countries such as Uzbekistan and Türkiye.
With the increasing dynamics of the construction of industrial and social facilities in Turkmenistan, the industry is becoming one of the major sectors of the economy, which is given an important role in the implementation of import substitution programs and increasing the export potential of the state.
